HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

 – Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
 – We’ll work with Printful to process a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
 – You do not need to return the defective item unless specifically requested.
– Claims for quality issues must be submitted within 15 days after delivery. Late claims may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
– Since our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. However, we’re happy to offer **exchanges for a different size** (subject to availability) under the following conditions:
– Contact us at Nippsy@TitsRCool.com within **15 days after delivery** to request an exchange.
 – Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.
 – You are responsible for return shipping costs to our designated Printful facility (we’ll provide the address upon approval).
 – You’ll cover the cost of producing and shipping the new item.
– **Note**: We do not offer refunds for non-defective items unless required by applicable consumer laws.
– If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it’s unclaimed, we’ll notify you via email.
– We’ll hold the item for **20 days** at no cost. During this time, please contact us to confirm the correct address for reshipping (reshipping costs apply).
– If unclaimed after 20 days, the item will be donated to charity.
– Email us at Nippsy@TitsRCool.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and (if applicable) photos of the item.
– For approved exchanges, we’ll provide the return address for the Printful facility that fulfilled your order.
– Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be processed.
– All orders are printed on demand, so please double-check your size and shipping address before placing your order. Use tools like the USPS ZIP code lookup to ensure accuracy.
– Processing times for returns or exchanges may take 5–10 business days after we receive the item, depending on Printful’s fulfillment process.
